Documents required for admission

Required documents for enrollment

Before commencing the enrollment process, ensure you have the following scanned documents ready for upload via our recruitment system:

· Signed Application Form generated in the system
· Confirmation of recruitment fee payment (19 EUR)
· Copy of the your Passport/Identification Document
· Copy of Secondary School-leaving certificate/Maturity certificate or Bachelor’s Diploma (issued by an accredited university)
· Transcript to the certificate (if issued) or Supplement to the Diploma
· Translation into Polish or English by a sworn translator (if not issued in English)
· Document confirming English language proficiency

Required documents in the admission process

Submit the following documents via our recruitment system:

· Confirmation of payment for compulsory admission and tuition fees for the 1st semester
· Agreement for the Provision of Educational Services
· Declaration

(Note: These documents will be sent to you after acceptance via our online recruitment system or email).

Required documents upon arrival at the University

Ensure you have the following documents upon arrival:

· Copy of health insurance policy or European Health Insurance Card (valid for at least one academic year in Poland)
· Power of attorney (if enrolled by a representative)
· Original School-leaving certificate/Maturity certificate, Bachelor’s Diploma, and transcripts
· Eligibility letter (if necessary)
· Apostille or legalization for diplomas issued outside of Poland
· Recognition certificate (required for some countries only

Recognition Certificate

If your School-leaving Certificate obtained abroad is not recognized, follow the recognition procedure through the state authority in Katowice. More information can be found here.

English Proficiency Verification

English proficiency is recognized under the following conditions:

· Candidate is from an English-speaking country or received education in English
· Candidate holds an international language certificate (TOEFL, IELTS, FCE, etc.) proving English proficiency at B2 level
· If the above criteria are not met, the candidate may undergo the KBU Language Verification Procedure
