To finalize your registration for studies, you must pay a recruitment fee. Additionally, tuition fees for each semester are required to be paid in advance, no later than 14 days from the enrollment date.

KBU graduates who decide to continue their studies at our University receive a discount of 188 EUR upon admission. They therefore pay only tuition fees.

Candidates who apply to KBU again and were qualified in the previous recruitment are exempted from the verification and enrollment fee. They are only required to pay tuition and the recruitment fee.

Tuition fee refund policy

  • Full refund: If you submit a notice of termination before the first planned semester begins (March 1st for summer semester, October 1st for winter semester).
  • Partial refund: After the semester starts, subject to the Agreement and Financial Regulations of Katowice Business University.
  • Refunds are processed within 30 days, with consideration of the notice period ending on the last day of the following month.
  • Exceptions may be considered for documented cases, excluding visa refusal or inability to book a visa appointment. Such cases are reviewed by the Dean for Student Affairs.
  • If refunds are rejected by the beneficiary's account, additional transaction costs and fees are covered by the beneficiary.
  • Application fees (recruitment, verification and enrollment fee) are not refundable.
