Beginning at the start of the new academic year the KSE Faculty of Management offers a full-time first cycle study programme(undergraduate course), where the language of instruction is in English. The proposed major is International Business Studiesand Tourism.
A modern study program which prepares students for work in Polish and foreign companies. During the three years (first cycle study) they learn the techniques of management, administration and marketing strategies implemented in large enterprises.
After completing the studies in this major, students are entitled to continue their studies at the second-cycle studies (postgraduate courses) or start their professional career in international companies. The gained qualifications and skills will accelerate student’s further professional development in the English-speaking business environment.
During the course of the study program, students will have the opportunity to take the VEC (Vocational English Certificate) exam – international certificate confirming the practical knowledge of business language in different areas such as management, tourism, client service, logistics, nursing, physiotherapy.
VEC is an innovative examination that covers the widest variety of professions in the current market. As such, it provides a solid reference for your linguistic skills in your chosen career and can provide a competitive advantage on your CV.
Who are the studies aimed at?
This study course is aimed at students from Poland and abroad. They will be implemented as part of the EU project for a group of 24 young people.
From the candidates for studies, we expect English at B2 level confirmed by a relevant confirmation or certificate. The skill will be verified by an additional written test and an English-language conversation. The studies will begin in October 2018 and last for six semesters.

The dynamic labour market in the current conditions entails that the graduate of the new major at GWSH will be prepared both in theoretically and practically for professional work. The experience gained during the studies will help graduates find solutions in difficult economic situations not only on the Polish market but also on the international market.
