IT Support Agent with French

What do you need to start?

  • French on C1 proficiency
  • basic knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, internet skills OR a superpower to learn these things
  • can-do-it and problem solving attitude
  • the ability to talk to anyone and cooperate with a team

It's not essential, but we appreciate if you also have:

  • a technically oriented mind
  • good IT/technical knowledge or skills (Microsoft products, hardware devices, routers etc.)
  • loyalty, honesty, openness, transparency as we value them in our work.

We don’t require professional experience. You will be working among experts, where willingness of learning new things is supported by wide range of trainings designed to improve your skills.

What will you do?

You will be the first point of contact for the most common troubleshooting inquiries in everyday usage of computer (password reset, lookup of lost files, user access issues) by our French speaking business clients. The basic troubleshooting starts with determining user problems via asking questions using chat, email or phone. You will also share knowledge with coworkers on how to resolve those issues and forward more complex problems to your more experienced colleagues.

When you’ll gain some experience remember that there’s a variety of career paths that you can choose from.  You will have a chance to reshape your career in the technical direction from the scratch. We will teach you everything you need to move towards an IT Technician or Process Management role, still using your language skills daily.
