A.Bisztyga dokonał charakterystyki determinant kazachstańskiego konstytucjonalizmu oraz wskazał na potencjalne kierunki rozwoju relacji między nim a europejskimi: tradycją i doktryną prawa konstytucyjnego. W konferencji wzięli udział naukowcy z wyższych uczelni w Warszawie, posłowie i senatorowie, studenci oraz przedstawiciele organizacji pozarządowych zajmujących się prawami człowieka. Organizatorami konferencji były senackie Komisje: Ustawodawcza oraz Praw człowieka, praworządności i petycji.
On 16 December 2013 in the Senate there was held a conference entitled „Human rights in Central and Eastern Europe and Central Asia against the background of international standards”. Vicerector of the Katowice School of Economics prof. nadzw. dr hab. Andrzej Bisztyga presented the characteristics of the determinants of Kazakh constitutionalism and indicated the potential lines of development of its relations with the European tradition and doctrine of constitutional law. The participants of the conference included scholars of Warsaw universities, MPs and senators, students and representatives of non-government organisations dealing with human rights. The conference was held by the Senate committees: Legislative Committee and Human Rights, the Rule of Law and Petitions Committee.
