Around 500 people are employed at the Katowice School of Economics. The majority, over 85% of all employed, are researchers and academics.
Our School can boast 116 professors and habilitated doctors, 220 lecturers, 103 assistants and 68 foreign language teachers, who educate within twelve fields of studies offered by KSE. Many of them are eminent personalities of the Polish science.
At KSE, just as at the majority of Polish universities, system of departments has been introduced as the basic one. Currently research and teaching staff of KSE is organised around 14 different departments, and 2 units open for general use, the Foreign Languages and Physical Education Offices.
