Information for academic year 2010/11
A student, who is a citizen of an EU country or a member country of the European Free Trade Association, may apply for financial support in the form of:
- maintenance grant, subsistence grant: the right to applying for these grants is for those students whose monthly income net per a member of the family does not exceed the limit of 602,00 PLN. These grants are given for one academic year on the grounds of the submitted application.
- special grant for disabled people: Grounds for giving this special grant are subject to proper medical ruling on the degree of disability issued by a recognised medical professional.
- Housing grant: A student undergoing full-time study may apply for the housing grant under the condition that his/her monthly income net per person in a family does not exceed the limit of 602,00 PLN net and that he/she lives at a distance of over 50 km from the seat of the School.
- Aids: An aid may be given to a student who is temporarily in a difficult material situation due to the random causes, especially due to:
- a death of a member of the closest family
- birth of a child by the female student or the birth of a child, whose father is a male student
- illness or accident of the student, his/her child or a member of his closest family
- any other random occurrences which are practically caused by force majeure (e.g. fire, flood, other natural disaster) and result in significant deterioration of the material situation of the student
